1.1 Segment reporting

The property portfolio, consisting of investment properties and properties held for sale, is managed as a single entity. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board manage the Investis Group based on the consolidated financial statements. In accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 31, Investis only has one segment, following the sale of all companies in the Real Estate Services segment in the first half of 2024, and no longer publishes segment reporting. As the Investis Group is only active in Switzerland, no information on geographical markets is disclosed.
