Share-based compensation
Participants of share-based compensation are the members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board and employees in key management positions. The members of the Board of Directors receive fixed remuneration, half of which is awarded in shares. The remuneration of members of the Executive Board and key management positions consists of a fixed and a variable component. At least 50% of the variable compensation is paid in shares.
